About
Ever since Lucas was a kid, he’s dreamt of flying. As soon as he was able, Lucas went to a paragliding school. After passing his license, he quickly developed an interest in acro paragliding, which soon became a big part of his life. Now, he also enjoys taking part in Ski&Fly competitions and always flies as much as he can.
Interview
Do you remember your first flight? How was it?
It was in 2017, when I was 14. I remember taking off with my Alpha 6 in Charmey. Once I was flying, I let go of the brakes, looked up at my wing, and felt pure joy and freedom like never before. That was the moment I truly fell in love with paragliding.
What moments make flying worthwhile?
From an acro run to a smooth evening flight, I enjoy every moment spent in the air.
Your three top flying areas?
Mürren and Lenk for Acro, Ovronnaz for Ski & Fly
What are you doing on a day that is not flyable?
Studying for university (from home) and getting my gear ready for the next day.

Why do you fly for ADVANCE?
To me, Advance is synonymous with perfection. From the very beginning, I’ve loved every ADVANCE product I’ve flown. My first wing was an ALPHA 6, and very quickly, I began dreaming of flying the OMIKRON.
What is your favourite food?
Nothing beats a good raclette.
What is your favourite quote in life?
You haven’t truly lived until you’ve flown.
