Do you remember your first flight? How was it?
Yes, I’ll never forget the first flight in the Engelberg valley. The lines we had then would be thick cables today. Even so I looked up half the time and hoped the ropes would hold.
Your best paragliding experience?
Soaring on the Biancograt by Piz Bernina at over 4,000m above sea level.
Your three top flying areas?
Zugerberg (Hausberg for flatland flying), Engelberg, Fiesch – all areas in Switzerland
What else do you do besides paragliding?
Kitesurfing, skiing, culture, work at the computer: as a photographer I work ¾ of the time on my pictures.
Why do you fly for ADVANCE?
As a Swiss it is an honour for me to fly for Advance. Advance stands for quality, reliability and durability. I have to not just fly, but also take photographs. Confidence in the flying equipment is enormously important. As well as that, as a photographer, I like the colour schemes.
What is your favourite food?
Fine food from the grill
